Implementation
Overview
Three schools in Muscogee County have implemented Beable: Britt David Magnet Academy, Fort Hill Middle School, and William H. Shaw High School. Our deep gratitude to all the educators who provided invaluable input and made the implementations so successful!
We’ve deployed several different implementation models with a variety of goals and objectives being met. All implementations, though, have certain commonalities:
They identify students’ Lexile levels and gauge Lexile growth for progress monitoring purposes.
They use RIASEC and contests to incentivize learning and academic success.
For all implementations, administrators use the RIASEC codes on lanyards to personalize their interactions with students and teachers. Teachers use the same information to personalize instruction as well as their personal interactions with students.
